Back when she ran an Italian restaurant, Ms. Kimura would often share stories about the ingredients she used and their deeper meanings. This eventually led to requests for her to share those same stories with children. Today, she travels energetically across the country on her own, responding to speaking invitations from every region.

We were completely captivated by her cheerful personality and perfectly paced storytelling. She shared her heartfelt mission to continue passing down the importance of "good food" and "good words" to the next generation.

As a great lover of Japanese culture ("Wa"), she mentioned that since traditional Kimonos have become a bit challenging to put on, she now wears a stylishly modified Samue-style outfit, which she wore beautifully during the broadcast.
